AUDITION NOTICE
WHAT: Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company is looking for male identifying, highly skilled dancers with experience in acting and singing. Start date is September 29, 2025. New York Live Arts offers Company members an annual wage starting at $45,000 plus health benefits over 52 weeks with approximately 35 scheduled working weeks annually. Position requires a minimum two-year commitment, through June 2027.
COMPANY WORK WEEKS FOR THE 25/26 SEASON CAN BE FOUND HERE. PLEASE DO NOT AUDITION IF YOU HAVE NON NEGOTIABLE CONFLICTS DURING COMPANY WORK WEEKS. Rehearsal weeks are generally M-F between the hours of 10am - 6pm. These work weeks are as of 6/24/25 and are subject to change.
AUDITION DETAILS: Auditions will be held on September 24, 2025 from 12-5PM at New York Live Arts: 219 W 19th Street, New York, NY 10011.
CALLBACK DATES: We ask that applicants please hold September 25, 2025 from 12-5PM for callbacks as needed. Those applicants who are asked to attend callbacks will receive a stipend.
Auditions are by appointment only. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS AUDITION FORM no later than Friday, September 19, 2025 at 10:00AM EST. Applicants will be asked to SUBMIT HEADSHOT & RESUME. Headshots and Resumes should be labeled with your name only please. Applicants will be notified by email on Friday, September 19, 2025 confirming their audition.
Auditions will include learning phrase material, taught by current members of Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company, improvisation, and you may be asked to sing.
