Why ASTC Vanguard:
We build sustainable careers for freelance artists by offering salaried ensemble roles, health benefits, and co-creative development of dance-theater productions that transform urgent social issues into embodied, impactful art.
Led by Alternative Synergy The Company, ASTC Vanguard supports BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and Orthodox Jewish artists through rigorous training in the ASTC Dance Method, immersive mentorship, and long-term performance opportunities.
